Our new lightweight, super tough solid is
substantially stronger than conventional solid covers. Highly
abrasion and UV resistant.

Not all cover fabrics are alike. Most fabrics
on the market have a thread count of 34x20 per square inch.
We use fabric thread count of 34x22 per square inch. Made from
a unique blend of polypropylene, the cover remains pliable
and smooth year after year. It has an extremely high tensile
strength and is impervious to chlorine and mildew. Our beautiful
mesh cover is fabricated with a unique blend of lightweight,
supple polypropylene that stays dry and does not crack with
age. Rain will not collect on the surface and will just drain
through, while leaves and debris just dry and blow away. Wonderfully
convenient, there are no water bags or pumping necessary. Off-season
maintenance is virtually eliminated. We use a 3 or 5 foot panel
spacing depending on the engineering for a particular cover
size and design application. Our conventional mesh covers are
installed with a heavy duty spring and anchor system. The mesh
covers are available in green, blue, and black. |

Our expertise goes well beyond residential
pools. The cover's durability and safety features make them
well suited for swim clubs, community pools and hotels. When
manufacturing these covers, we only use a high grade commercial
mesh, that meets and exceeds all ASTM standards. Coverlon covers
will withstand strong winds and storms. Commercial mesh grade
fabric is recommended for these pools. It is also available
for residential applications. It is recommended that the commercial
cover be made with 3' x 3' spacing. This will avoid sagging
on large pools and will also offer a greater level of safety.

and advanced manufacturing techniques assure you of a properly
designed cover that fits perfectly every time. Freeform designs,
rock formations, waterfalls and raised walls are handled with
ease. In order to further insure the integrity of the cover,
it is also cut by a computer.

The Coverlon
cover has double webbing on both sides of the cover making
the cover super strong and safe. The webbing is especially
fabricated to have a tensile strength of approximately 4000
pounds per square inch.

The
cover is locked down by our unique extra heavy duty spring
and anchor system. Installed properly, children or pets
cannot fall or slip into the pool or between the pool deck
and the cover. Our spring is tide as strong as our competitor's.
It has a specially designed bend at each end. This ensures
that there will be bo gaps between the pool and the decking,
keeping wind from blowing under the cover. The spring comes
with a plastic cover to protect the pool deck from abrasion. |
